Pricing & service delivery

What a purchase includes, when access starts and how digital, scheduled and physical services are delivered.

Draft updated Version 1.1-draft

This proposed policy explains how pricing, access and fulfilment should work for EduCareersPath purchases. Read the specific offer before paying: digital access, appointments, admissions assistance and physical items involve different commitments.

01Your offer and payable price

The selected plan and checkout must state the included features, total payable amount in the displayed currency, applicable taxes, discounts and any additional charge before payment. The purchase confirmation records the accepted offer. Visit our plans for the current advertised options; future price changes do not reprice an accepted order.

Some public browsing and assessment steps may be accessible before purchase while dashboard features or reports require a paid plan. Any such distinction must be disclosed before a user spends time on a flow presented as free. A payment is not admission to a university or payment of an institution’s separate fees.

02Digital activation and confirmation

Digital access is linked to the purchasing account after the server confirms a valid captured payment. A bank debit, pending payment or browser success screen alone may not establish final settlement. Some reports also require the relevant assessment to be completed.

If you were charged but access is missing, use the available payment status option or contact support with the order reference. Avoid paying again while an earlier transaction is unresolved. Recovery must reconcile the original purchase, and confirmed duplicate payments can be reviewed under the No-refund policy.

03Access duration and usage limits

A one-time plan has no automatic renewal unless a separate subscription is expressly agreed. “Lifetime access” means access for the operating lifetime of the purchased digital service while it is maintained by EduCareersPath. It does not mean the natural lifetime of the purchaser, an unlimited allocation of human support or AI usage, or free access to every future product.

Material usage limits, session counts, prerequisites and plan exclusions must be stated in the offer. Limits cannot be invented after purchase to remove a promised benefit. Where a paid service is materially discontinued or changed, outstanding commitments and applicable remedies must be addressed.

04Counselling, bookings and enquiries

A saved enquiry or counselling request is not a confirmed session. Confirmation must identify the provider, date or scheduling process, format, included duration and relevant rescheduling conditions. Features explicitly labelled “demo” currently save demonstration requests and do not promise that a counsellor will contact you. Demo functionality must not be sold as a fulfilled live service. Support and mentorship are limited to the scope actually included in an accepted offer.

05Admissions and independent providers

An application submission or follow-up request does not guarantee receipt, acceptance, admission or an outcome. The relevant flow must identify the recipient and ask for the required sharing permission. Verify eligibility, deadlines, recognition, fees and refund terms directly with the institution. Where submission status is uncertain, contact support before submitting a duplicate application. External providers remain responsible for services they sell directly, without removing our responsibility for our own commitments.

06Physical kits and equipment

If an accepted offer includes a kit, device or other physical item, the order must identify what is supplied, its quantity, delivery address, delivery period, shipping charges, damage-reporting process and applicable return or warranty terms before payment. A digital activation does not prove a physical item was delivered. This policy does not remove an item expressly included in your accepted offer or impose shipping charges that were not disclosed. Contact the team to resolve missing physical-delivery details before purchasing.

07Interruptions and delivery problems

Connectivity, maintenance and third-party outages can delay access. We will assess a reported problem and an appropriate resolution under the purchase terms and applicable law. An event outside reasonable control does not automatically allow us to keep payment for a service never supplied. Contact admin@educareerspath.com with the affected account, order reference and problem description, or use the grievance process.
