Lumen, assessments and career recommendations help you explore possibilities. They have limits. This disclosure explains how to use those outputs responsibly and the boundaries of the service’s commitments.
01AI-generated guidance
Lumen uses an external AI model to generate responses from your request, relevant conversation context and information selected for the feature. Personalised guidance may include assessment context. AI can produce incorrect, incomplete, inconsistent or outdated statements, including confident-sounding errors and unsuitable suggestions. Its response is not a guarantee that a fact was verified or a qualified professional reviewed it.
02Assessment interpretation
Assessment results reflect the answers supplied, the assessment version and its scoring approach. Results can be affected by incomplete answers, language, context, temporary circumstances and self-reporting. A career match or score is an indicator for discussion, not a diagnosis, an intelligence certificate, a definitive prediction or a permanent label. No claim of clinical validity, accreditation or suitability for high-stakes selection should be assumed without specific supporting evidence.
03Important decisions and professional advice
Consider guidance alongside your interests, circumstances, current official information and appropriate human advice. The service does not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial or immigration advice. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for those matters. No admission, visa, scholarship, placement, salary or other outcome is guaranteed merely by purchasing a plan, completing an assessment or following a recommendation.
04Sources, dates and application information
College, course, examination, scholarship and career information can change. A source link or search result does not establish that every statement is current or correct. Verify material dates, recognition, eligibility, costs and application procedures with the official institution or authority. We do not control independent providers’ decisions or undertake an application or payment unless a particular feature expressly explains and confirms that action.
05Your inputs and generated work
Provide accurate information and only material you are entitled to submit. Do not include passwords, banking credentials or unnecessary sensitive information. Review generated portfolios, resumes, applications, code and other work before using or publishing it. Correct invented facts and check ownership, permissions and suitability. AI output may not be unique or free of third-party rights. The Privacy policy explains external AI processing; no promise of provider zero-retention is made here.
06Human review and responsibility
If an answer or result appears wrong, harmful or inappropriate, contact admin@educareerspath.com and describe the concern. Avoid sending another person’s private records. A support request is not a confirmed counselling appointment. The limitations here describe how the tools should be used; they do not excuse misleading advertising, deficient paid services, unlawful processing or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Terms & conditions and No-refund policy explain the applicable contractual protections and remedies.
